Angela K. Spooner
Born and raised in Iowa and Illinois, Angela moved down to Texas to earn her undergraduate degree from University of North Texas in 2002. She loved Texas so much she decided to make it her home. She earned her Juris Doctorate Degree in 2006 from Texas A&M University Law School (formally known as Texas Wesleyan Law School) in downtown Fort Worth.
Angela’s vast knowledge of estate, trust and tax law is garnered from her years of experience in both the private and corporate sectors. She has worked for Wells Fargo Bank, NA in the Estate Administration Department, Fidelity Investments as the Estate Planning Specialist reviewing high net worth clients’ estate plans and she had her own law firm where she helped her clients draft estate plans.
Angela and her husband, Justin, have three children, Katherine, John and Luke. They are active in their church. Angela loves to ride horses and take bike rides with her family.

Regina Jennings
Paralegal
Regina Jennings is originally from Kansas City, Missouri, and relocated to Texas. She holds a degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Administration, a background that instilled in her a strong foundation in client service and attention to detail.
After college, Regina built her legal career working at a CPA firm and later at Chinnery Evans & Nail P.C., where she supported attorneys with estate planning matters. That experience gave her a deep familiarity with the complexities of estate law and a genuine commitment to guiding clients through sensitive processes with care and professionalism.
At Spooner Law, Regina is the firm's go-to paralegal for probate matters. She works closely with clients to help them navigate and complete all required documentation when probating a loved one's estate — bringing both expertise and compassion to what is often a difficult time.
Outside of the office, Regina is a proud wife and mother of two sons. When she's not at work, you'll find her keeping up with whatever her boys are up to.

Sylwia Elkhenfas
Paralegal
Sylwia Elkhenfas was born and raised in Poland and has proudly called the United States home for over 20 years. She holds a Paralegal Studies Certificate from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, as well as a master’s degree in education — a combination that reflects both her analytical rigor and her commitment to clear, thoughtful communication.
Sylwia joined Spooner Law in 2022, bringing with her several years of paralegal experience. Her work focuses primarily on estate planning, where she assists Angela with the preparation of Wills, Trusts, ancillary documents, deeds, and business formation documents. She is an integral part of the Spooner Law team. Her meticulous attention to detail and eye for a polished document ensure that every client document is accurate and professionally presented.
When she's not at her desk, Sylwia enjoys playing piano, getting lost in a good book, and exploring the world through travel with her family.

Chandler Duffle
Administrative Assistant
Chandler grew up in Wichita Falls, Texas, before making her way to the Dallas–Fort Worth area after high school. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Counseling from Arizona State University, graduating cum laude in December 2025.
She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in counseling at Midwestern State University, with the goal of becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor. Her academic path reflects a genuine passion for helping people work through complex and often difficult circumstances — a quality that translates naturally into her work at the firm.
At Spooner Law, Chandler supports day-to-day operations and works closely with the team to keep cases organized and on track. Clients and colleagues alike appreciate her reliability, attention to detail, and warm, approachable presence.
Outside of the office and her studies, Chandler enjoys spending time with her dog, Millie, and catching live music whenever she can.
