OUR SERVICES

ESTATE PLANNING AND TRUSTS

Our experienced estate planning attorney can provide comprehensive, individualized legal representation to protect yourself and your loved ones by establishing a proper estate plan. Our estate plans are tailored to meet each client's specific needs and objectives, carefully considering all relevant family circumstances and assets. We utilize estate planning techniques and creative strategies for basic estates, complex wealth transfers, including business succession, and special needs planning. We prepare wills, trusts, powers of attorney, guardianship documentation for minor children and various other more complex planning documents.

PROBATE/ESTATE ADMINISTRATION

Following the death of a loved one, we guide families through the process of properly transferring assets pursuant to Texas law. Every scenario is unique and we offer personal attention to our clients needs during these difficult times. Our firm handles various types of probate services (including, but not limited to): Independent Administration, Dependent Administration, Muniment of Title, Affidavit of Heirship and Small Estate Affidavits.

TRUST ADMINISTRATION

In addition to probate and estate administration, our firm provides trust law services applicable during the term of a trust, including assisting trustees in the management and administration of trust property, trust modification, trustee succession, and the interpretation of trust language.

BUSINESS FORMATION AND SUCCESSION PLANNING

We assist our clients with determining the most advantageous entity choice given their business interests.  Our firm offers comprehensive business formation services from determining the most advantageous entity selection, filing to establish the chosen entity and completing the necessary formation documentation, as well as providing clients with the appropriate succession planning strategy to ensure their long-term business objectives are accomplished.
